I appreciate the apology, but I will not do business with Don Davis again nor will I recommend anyone using Don Davis. In fact, I will highly recommend they go somewhere else. What is upsetting is I know you are under the Clay Cooley group and we have bought several vehicles through them and had great experiences. The fact that we were not kept informed about the status of our vehicle, promises were not kept and even lied to during the delivery process. The lack of knowledge about the equipment they were selling was incredible. They could not understand why the charger would not charge the vehicle. After about 30 minutes of me looking and working with the charger they gave us, I realized that the plug was broken. So we have no charger right now. We felt very marginalized when we came to pick up our vehicle because no one tried to check on us while we sat in the lobby. We were there for at least an hour before a manager even came out to introduce themselves. They made no attempt to win us over. They did the bare minimum as to say they got the car charged and gave us the keys. No one tried to see how they could take some of the sting out of the experience. No perks or extras were offered.
