My salesman Marvin was great as he followed up with me on issues etc. However Sales manager Chris and Service Mgr Jerry did not respond to my texts or call me back on my concerns that I didn’t have a spare t issues etc. However Sales manager Chris and Service Mgr Jerry did not respond to my texts or call me back on my concerns that I didn’t have a spare tire. So I had to go in and approach Chris in person only to find out the car only came with a pump spare. All would have been understood and handled had Chris and Jerry just responded to my calls and text. Lack of communication and poor follow up. Don’t think they care about customer after sale has been made. More

Although my vehicle cameras were covered by warranty, The mechanical failure light, which didn't come on until after a scheduled service, was still on. The service advisor called it a coincidence which disa mechanical failure light, which didn't come on until after a scheduled service, was still on.
