The service was well documented, fast, and professionally completed. The only issue that arose, was the final cost of the service. On two occasions before I attended my appointment, I was told one price then completed. The only issue that arose, was the final cost of the service. If I could rate 0 stars I would, I could never get anyone to answer me when calling about a service quote. I had to drive in and get quote and schedule. Once service was being performed I was told I was quot to answer me when calling about a service quote. I had to drive in and get quote and schedule. Once service was being performed I was told I was quoted the wrong amount ended up costing me 3x as much as what I was quoted. Very poor communication on vehicle updates during service I had to reach out as it was near closing and vehicle was dropped off at 7:05am. Nissan has lost a brand client. More

Everytime I come in for service it literally takes all day. This last visit was the worst. I was there 9.5 hours and paid for a tire that Had the exact same bubble in the same place and it was not really day. This last visit was the worst.
