But I can tell you that the customer service I witnessed made me regret that I had recently purchased a car from another dealership. And it made me know EXACTLY WHERE I will purchase my next one. This may be hard to believe, but I am actually considering trading my newly purchased car in just to buy a car from these guys. The ENTIRE STAFF that I came into contact with were ALL AMAZING. I SERIOUSLY want to know how the leadership creates a team like this! The three names that I clearly remember are Jeremy Sinner, Waylon Tipton, and Chris Clark, but there were many others that I came into contact with who were outstanding. You can't go wrong here. The service desk is unorganized and even with an appointment you can expect a lengthy wait to drop off or pick up your car. Sales people make appointments they don't keep and then instead of offering an apology, state they have no memory of an appointment. The parts department is not familiar with parts on Toyota vehicles, as a part was ordered incorrectly three times! Finally took a photo of the part to show exactly what they were supposed to be ordering. More
