Went in for the 30K service at 8:00AM and was told our former Service Consultant only take care of vehicles registering 25K miles. He went ahead and conducted the service. I needed to meet some friends 90 former Service Consultant only take care of vehicles registering 25K miles. He went ahead and conducted the service. I needed to meet some friends 90 minutes after I arrived. He was going to do an abbreviated service. As it turns out, they performed all the services. I returned to the dealership around 11:15AM. Caleb said the vehicle will be ready 15-20 minutes. Fast forward to 3:00PM, Several times I was told while waiting it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I finally departed at 3:30PM. It would have been nice if I was informed that it would take longer than several 15-20 minutes updates. This was the only time I was somewhat frustrated by the wait time. When my vehicIe reaches the 40K service, I may ask for a Service Advisor who specializes in dealing with all the services associated with the 40K service. Caleb did his very best as he has in the past. This situation was a huge misstep in customer service. More

I have been a customer since 2023 when we purchased a new Grand Highlander. My first impression was that the employees were happy to be part of the Dolan Family. I've 5 Star service from Caleb, Ana May, and Grand Highlander. My first impression was that the employees were happy to be part of the Dolan Family. I've 5 Star service from Caleb, Ana May, and Shay. They are knowledgeable about my profile, always greeting me with a warm smile and connecting on the human level (example: Ana May and I love the outdoors and we shared hiking locations; Caleb shared his passion for providing a memorable customer experience...meeting the customer where THEY are and asking powerful questions such as: what matters most to you with the service we provide, what could we improve, etc.; Shay has been consistent in making sure I'm taking care of: she walked me to the waiting area, provided information about the coffee station, location of restrooms, and always personally kept me updated with the service. When calling in to schedule an appointment, the receptionist is very nice, has a pleasant voice, and recaps what services I'll be needing. After our conversation she always thanks me for calling and wishes me a pleasant day. All the areas in the dealership are clean which is great. Kudos go to the Dolan Family in creating a welcoming, memorable experience. In my career, I coached and developed leaders focusing on how they (the leaders) make a huge difference in employee engagement and reaching goals.
