Outstanding Service and Parts Department On 7/13, I called the parts department to ascertain if they had tires to fit my 2019 Tacoma as I had two flat tires on an unpaved mountain road and wa On 7/13, I called the parts department to ascertain if they had tires to fit my 2019 Tacoma as I had two flat tires on an unpaved mountain road and wanted to replace all 4 tires because the other two were also damaged. I was told that the tires were in stock and service would contact me about getting them installed. Within minutes, Andrew Lopez called me, stated he understood my situation and wanted to know how soon I could bring the truck in. I said within 15 minutes. Andrew not only got my truck in right away for tire installation he also noted that I had an appointment for 7/27 for 10,000 mile service. He asked if I wanted to do it all that day. Of course I accepted his offer. He also suggested a wheel alignment since I had been driving off road. I accepted. I was very pleased with the OUTSTANDING service I received not only from the service department, but also the parts department. The complimentary vehicle wash was greatly appreciated. Beth knows her Toyotas and knows exactly how to sell them so that you don't waste your time negotiating back and forth. Today, Beth went over the top in her customer service. I was scheduled to pick up my new Corolla this morning and then immediately take it over to the graphics shop. As it turned out, the new car prep area was doing some last minute work on the car and it wasn't ready to be delivered when I arrived at the dealership. No problem. Beth suggested that we complete all of the paperwork and she would have my car delivered to the the graphics store for me. You can't go wrong purchasing a new Toyota from Beth. Denny J. More

Waiting around is the worst experience. But what is worse than that is having to come back multiple times to purchase a vehicle. I arrived when I said I would (7:30pm) to do the paperwork and by 9pm I worse than that is having to come back multiple times to purchase a vehicle. I arrived when I said I would (7:30pm) to do the paperwork and by 9pm I still hadn’t seen the finance person and was told that would take another hour. I had to leave because I get up at 5:30am and was tired & tired of waiting. It felt like excuse after excuse (short-handed, another customer came in right before me, multiple computers not working, etc).. I came back on my lunchtime the next day, the finance guy was slammed (although very nice and taking everyone coming in his office in stride) then to the guy that was explaining the truck to me was with a customer so I was going to have to come back for that lesson but I hate coming back time after time so I waited for him to finish. A customer waiting, for any reason, shows a lack of respect.for their time. When I am buying a brand new truck and have the option to go elsewhere to buy that truck, my time is pretty f-n valuable. That was forgotten along the way. Thank you, Zach, for at least making the long finance portion an enjoyable experience. All of the people that helped me were friendly and professional but having to wait the night before was inexcusable. More
My experience with Dolan Toyota started out on a sour note when the first salesman I dealt with couldn’t seem to find the time to communicate. The second salesman seemed much more conscientious but still note when the first salesman I dealt with couldn’t seem to find the time to communicate. The second salesman seemed much more conscientious but still a little slow on the uptake. You know what they say about the third time being the charm. Doug did a fine job taking care of the sale both in terms of logistics and human contact. The finance guy made things as pleasant as they can be when closing such a stressful transaction as buying a car. Some confusion among the players occurred throughout the transaction, but the outcome proved to be generally good. More

I have purchased numerous vehicles from Dolan due to their excellent customer service and their commitment to the local community. Having been in the Banking industry (credit administration) for 44 years until my retirement, I am very familiar with Doc Fees. I know these fees add to the bottom line and it does not take $500.00 to draw loan docs and pay for F&I person to close the transaction. I have a real problem being charged this fee and would like it refunded to me. Thank You, John C. Fee More
10/10 Beyond Grateful for the Experience and My 2019 RAV-4!! Ok. For real. Best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I showed up at 7pm trying to see the options to get out of my lease. Eddy Gutierrez greeted me and my mom at the door super friendly and made me feel like my goal was his goal. He showed me multiple vehicles and really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. I don't know the lingo and really am not good at this whole thing and he made sure I understood the whole process and left no rock unturned with me. I ended up getting a BEAUTIFUL 2019 RAV-4! Eddy Gutierrez, Steve Umphress and Michael Parker made it work for my budget! Literally thought it was impossible but the whole team worked tirelessly in helping me get my dream car. Sahara is just the best, she really took the time to go over all the vehicles we were interested in and answere bought my 3rd from Reno Dolan Toyota. Sahara is just the best, she really took the time to go over all the vehicles we were interested in and answered all our questions. She was a pleasure to do business with and I have to say the customer service is 2nd to none! This is the only place I will buy from and Beth was amazing bringing us up to speed on the tutorial of all the new options our new addition to our family has! Michael was great with all the contracts and helping us get the accessories we wanted and explaining the additional options.
