Kim Anne greeted us with a very friendly smile and made us feel comfortable right away. During her test drive of each car, she showed us all the bells and whistles and we ended up falling in love with the Lexus RX 350 While we were negotiating the price we felt Kim Anne relaxed us and went over all the details of the sale. After we bought the car , she had it all clean and shiny with a big red bow around our car. She took pictures and we sent them Right out to our families!! She showed us how to send them on our iPhone . Kim Anne also took the extra time to program both of our iPhones into the cars computer for hands free calling!! She also helped us play music on the cars blue tooth from our phone!!! What a great feature. I would like to thank Kim Anne for her cheerful nature and making us feel at ease in a stressful event in our lives.
