From the navigation system and bluetooth, XM music, phone - it all seemed complicated at first. Bryan walked us through every step to get us "on-board" with all of the extras the vehicle offered. The car drives amazingly well . . . smooth and very quiet . . . handles great in the snow and ice also. Thanks to Bryan, we were able to use all the extra equipment with little learning curve. The instruction by Bryan Walker, a certified Lexus "after purchase specialist" was an added perk to buying at the Reno dealership. More

She was professional, knowledgabe and her friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Not only was she a great salesperson but she did an excellent job on following up with some aftermarket additions I made to my vehicle.
