First off, the customer service received by Lyndle Farris was phenominal. The first question out of his mouth wasn't, "so how much you looking to spend." He treated me like a human being instead of a monthly statistical number. I recommended a friend to him and she bought a car from him the same day within 3 hours of my purchase. JJ was very professional. I felt he was honest in going over the options for financing and the add ons for the vehicle. As for Verlin and Brian, they too were very nice. They made sure to let me know I can come in 30 times if I need to in order to learn all of the operations of the vehicle and didn't make me feel like I had to learn the car in 5 minutes, give me my books and show me to the door! Kay was wonderful. I pulled into the service department and she opened her office door and scooped me right in to make sure I was not waiting, not cold and not wondering around wondering where to go. I know that if I have more questions (which I'm sure I will), they will respond in helpful ways that won't make me feel that I'm a nuisance or stupid for asking.
