The delivery of the vehicle was done in a timely and very satisfactory manner and that's when the REAL service began--the delivery specialists were outstanding, and the continuing guidance I've received on all the technological advances of this car have been courteously provided by very skilled and professional staff. (Primarially, Brian Ralston, but also some others mentioned above.). I know that if I have more questions (which I'm sure I will), they will respond in helpful ways that won't make me feel that I'm a nuisance or stupid for asking.
