Headlight Recall Took my car in the first time for a headlight recall, service department said there was no problem noted. After the first rain my headlights filled up with water, made an appointment, showed up and they said yes there is a problem, but we don't have the headlights in stock. Then they asked me why I didn't call the parts department to check on the availability of the parts. Will never go to this dealership again. I was in the market for a new car, but after this it won't be at this dealership. Two strikes and you're out, the treatment was so uncalled for. I just wanted my headlights fixed and they made it clear they weren't going to do them without my waiting for another week or so. I asked them to call me when the parts were ordered, it's been 4 days and no call. More
