She kept her eye out and sent us vehicles that perfectly matched what we were looking for. When the time came I made a visit to Kymberly at Lexus and she got me squared away immediately with what I was looking for. We purchased a used 4Runner and the vehicle needed some minor work done to it. During the few days the vehicle was being worked on, she lent us luxury vehicles with a full tank of gas each time. She was solid with communication and I will recommend her to everyone I know that's in the market to buy a new or used vehicle. More

Second Visit Not As Good As My First My first visit to Lexus was a recall to have airbags replaced. I felt like royalty. I was given a beautiful loaner car. My wonderful staff member had a printout of my car and went over its current status in detail. I wish I could remember his name but I was overwhelmed by my treatment while getting a no-cost service. I took my other Lexus in yesterday to have a broken side mirror replaced. I told my service person (Sheri) to please have someone see if they could remove the stains on my door, left by the mirror fluid leakage. I also got an excellent loaner, and the service was completed very quickly. Sheri called to say my car was ready. When I got there, Sheri had me sign the forms and pay. I had to ask if she could review the status of my car (a different one from my first visit). I then mentioned the stains and she said, “let’s go have a look and see.” The stains were still there and the car wash guy didn’t seem to know that there had been a concern. Sheri asked him if he could try to work on them then and he agreed. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes or so while he worked. I felt the best customer service would have been to check on the job prior to calling me. The stains did not come off. The car wash guy said he couldn’t do more without an ok from Sheri who had left for an appointment. The bill for the mirror and installation was nearly $800, and I got no gas. I would still recommend the dealership but my first experience far outweighed my second. More

Lexus EX 300h I have purchased two Lexus, from your dealership, in the old place. Salesman was Todd, cannot say enough nice things about the transaction. Yesterday,3-20-18, came in for my RX350 maintenance, and looking to upgrade. Had researched on Consumer Reports ,the above auto. Salesman Jeremiah was great. Bad part was his manager-- Jack? I asked him several times, if I purchased the EX, if my RX350 could be sent to my second home in Naples Florida, he seemed to know very little, asked me, how much it may cost, and used the same number later, never checking--after I asked him to, several times. I said repeatedly, the deal was if I was interested in the EX, was to send the RX, for use in Naples. Again knew nothing, did nothing. Then the price--ok we all want a Good Deal, having done my research, he seemed to quote high numbers, It was not a good number--seemed to not show a lot of interest (Todd as this point would say something like --How can we make it work). This Manager seemed uninterested. Neither in the transportation of the RX--don`t dealers use car movers? Or trying to negociate a better price, Just handed me a sheet--take it or leave it style.-----I left. I will look in Naples and upgrade my Rav 4 we have there . So Jeremiah the salesman was good, Manager---not a good experience. Maintenance agent Doug Starling,service, very good. I will do my maintenance there, no problem, thats it. More
