2 hours for an oil change I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation without an appt. They asked me to wait upstairs without telling me how long it would take. They offer free loaner cars for customers, but I was never offered one or told how long it would be. After an hour they updated me that my tires needed to be replaced which I declined. They said that was fine and would just wash the car and bring it out. Another 45 minutes later I walked down to the desk to ask where my car was and they said it was about to be washed. Mind you, it was snowing and raining the entire time. It took another 15 minutes to get my car back, at which time they told me they didn't rotate my tires because it would be a liability for them. I have had other problems in the past with them not sending in my smog results (and losing them) as well as an attitude of dismissiveness when I pointed out problems. The amenities are nice, but the price and attitude make it not worth it. More
