Surpasses all expectations, even by SF Bay Area standards I have just tried out Dolan Lexus for the first time. The SF Bay Area dealership/garage that serviced my vehicle for 10 years is so good that I travel I have just tried out Dolan Lexus for the first time. The SF Bay Area dealership/garage that serviced my vehicle for 10 years is so good that I travelled nearly 400 miles from an area with no Lexus dealerships to preserve my connection to my young service advisor there. When he was promoted and transferred to a city even further from me, the journey there began to make a little less sense. To my astonishment, Dolan — 200 miles from me — is as good and even better in certain respects. I have never seen anything like the extensive detail in the printout of the work order written in clear layman’s terms. It also lists service options I declined for now, for budgetary reasons, after an excellent discussion with Jacki Holland, my new advisor, a chat that helped me to organise my priorities. Her meticulousness, flexibility, depth of technical understanding and ability to communicate with someone with no mechanical instincts whatsoever are all extraordinary enough to put her in a class of her own. More
