Awesome experience at Dolan Lexus. Juan Jimenez was unbelievably awesome. Steve, Matt and Eric were wonderful to work with too!! We had test driven a Highlander hybrid and liked it and didn't expect we would change our minds, but we did. We received great service from Matt from the moment we walked into the Lexus showroom. He was enthusiastic., answered all our questions thoroughly and both my husband and I felt comfortable that he was both knowledgeable and trustworthy. More

Service emergency while out of town All personnel that I came in contact with at the dealership were professional and helpful. My visit was to the service department when I had to have m All personnel that I came in contact with at the dealership were professional and helpful. My visit was to the service department when I had to have my Lexus towed in because it wouldn't start and could not be jump started. I was at a hotel in Minden, 200 miles away from home. I had to stay and additional day due to the car trouble. Fortunately, it was only a defective battery which I had bought new from Lexus in March 2018. I had called my home dealership in Pleasanton and they told me the battery was covered by Lexus warranty and there should be no charge to replace it. In spite of this, I was told by Dolan service that the warranty on my defective battery was the warranty on a 2014 battery I bought from Lexus. In spite of this not making any sense, I was charged the full price of a new battery and the labor to replace it. On Saturday, I went to Lexus of Pleasanton and Service Jonathon Eme, my service advisor called Dolan service and confirmed that the battery was covered and there should be no charge to replace it. Jonathon was promised a call back. Thus far, no response. More

Everything was taken care of for us. We took our 2011 Lexus in to the dealership for the 50,000 mile service and were told we needed a timer cover.
