We have a 2014 Landmark and at the last stop our electric be A Big Thank You to Sara, Robyn, Wilson, Jason, Phil and Al at Dodd RV in Portsmouth, VA. We have a 2014 Landmark and at the last stop our electric bedroom slide would not move and the front AC shroud was shattered. We finally got the slide in and hit the road heading to Virginia Beach. We found Dodd RV on line an since they were on the way we headed there. We hoped they would have the shroud, but they did not. I did not even dream that they could fit in a service for our slide. We all know how most dealers work, they are scheduled at least a month or two out. But, I figured I would try and while we were there I spoke to one of the RV Techs about the problem we were having with our slide. But Dodd RV not only worked us in, they had 3 techs in our RV within 15 minutes of our arrival. The troubleshot the problem, tried to find a replacement part locally but ended up having to order it. So, long story short, when we leave our current location on Friday, we will drive back to Dodd RV, have our AC shroud replaced and the slide room fixed. It will make for a long day, but that's ok. Hats off to Dodd RV. They have been fantastic. Anyone in the Tidewater area would do well to work with these folks. They truly understand customer service. More

Based on my previous experience and after working with them on maintaining my travel trailer, I decided to go back to them when I was ready to upgrade to a fifth wheel. I had another pleasant experience working with the entire team of Drew, Jennifer, David and Sara. The walk-through done by David was especially helpful and I really appreciated his insights on the Andersen Hitch. I look forward to continue working with Dodd's to maintain my Grand Design 28BH fifth wheel. More

Awesome place to buy an RV! We looked at quite a few dealerships in Hampton Roads and South Carolina. Dodd's seem to have the lowest prices for the quality upfront. They seem to have the largest selection of 4 season RVs and offer the Warranty Forever program. The salespeople were non-pressuring and very knowledgeable. Financing was relatively easy. Chris did the walkthrough and was very patient and easy to understand. It was a hassle-free experience for sure! Highly recommend! More

We are very cautious of any dealership due to the pressure of the sale, always harassing you on the phone etc. When we walked on their lot we met Drew, who walked us out on the lot and said we could go through the RV and he would get back to us afterwards. We did find what we liked and let him know we were still looking.He gave his number and said we could call him anytime , No pressure just available. We contacted Drew several times and he was always happy to help! We called Drew and told him we saw a camper on line at their Yorktown lot and asked if they could bring to the Portsmouth lot and he arranged for this to happen. As it turned out it didn’t have everything we wanted. As we talked to Drew, he said he could order the camper from the manufacturer with everything we needed for the same price. (Except for the dual air which wasn’t on any of the RV’s in stock). We ordered and our camper was a 2019. Drew was totally awesome,always returned calls, answered all questions, top notch all the way through the process. Dave the tech, prep and did our walk through. He was very nice and knowledgeable, he answered every question we had and took all the time we needed. No rushing, made us feel totally comfortable. Everyone on the property works to make us happy. Drew, who was our salesperson, was VERY helpful in helping us make our decision, he is the greatest. Jennifer walked us through all of the paperwork addressing all of our concerns. They scheduled our delivery at our convenience. Our walk-thru with Phillip Diaz was fantastic. His patience with us was well appreciated as we are first timers and overly cautious. Everyone at Dodd went out of their way to make us feel welcome and part of the family. More
