Price was the best we could find and it was unbelievable, we bought a 2019 Grand Design 303RLS in August 2018. If all dealers/people were as personable and professional as Dodd RV it would be so much easier to make big purchases that have such a big impact in someone's life. Very happy customers! More

Everything that we were told was correct and accurate. We arrived to find rv completely set up and operational. The walk thru was a great experience that my wife was exceptionally pleased with. Dave went through everything on the rv from front to rear and answered any question we had. We had a few cosmetic issues that were addressed and corrected before we left the lot. The entire staff that we met were friendly and helpful. Jennifer did a great job corresponding wife my wife through the entire process. Only negative is that this dealership is four hours from home. More

Outstanding Customer service Drew Doss, Brian Doss, and Jennifer Dodd were all outstanding through out the entire process from looking to purchase and delivery. OMG what a WONDERFUL experience - just go to DODD!!! We were Hurricane Florence evacuees staying with other evacuated folks at a camp ground in western NC. We got to see other camper's RVs and fell in love with a unit that had COMFY recliner chairs, a fireplace, table and chairs and a couch. Push came to shove and we ended up CALLING ON THE PHONE Mr Robert Christian at Dodd. Said we wanted to trade this RV for that RV (both Grand Design 5th wheels 150 series) and how much $$ would we have to pay in addition to the exchange. BAM! we got a GREAT price from Robert (OVER THE PHONE!!) We had gone to another dealer near the camp ground we were staying at to see the 295 reflection so we knew this was the machine we wanted. The other dealer quoted us almost $7000 over what Robert gave us. Imagine!!..I know!... Absolutely ecstatic with everyone we dealt with at Dodd. Superior friendly service. I must mention Robert, David, Sara, and Jennifer. Cut the chase and just go to DODD - you will not regret it. More
