When I arrived, I was promptly greeted as soon as I drove into the garage. He informed me that Tim would be my service advisor, and he pointed Tim out to me, who then waved. Tim set up everything needed for the service. He needed to confirm with the tech whether or not the mirror could be fixed there. Tim followed up with a text to me as well as a quote for the work. I agreed and they proceeded. This was excellent service!!! I highly recommend this service center. More

It felt like they rolled out the red carpet just for me I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received. I took my vehicle in for a manufacturer recall and 50,000 mile service. Turns out the previous owner had purchased a maintenance contract, and I was able to use that! Tim, my service advisor, explained everything to me from the very beginning and also again at the end when I picked up my car.
