Need some work We usually have Kevin as our customer service person but that morning we had someone else. He was fine/ok. We received word that my car was finished ( We usually have Kevin as our customer service person but that morning we had someone else. He was fine/ok. We received word that my car was finished (which it was done early). I went down a while later to pick up the car and once again they took a very long time to find my car. The last serval times I have gone to pick up my car they have either forgotten to call it up, couldn’t find it or took a very long time to bring it up for some reason. When they finally brought it up which is another story, I looked at the tires and they didn’t look like new tires. They looked dirty and had lubricant on them and my wheels. If they had the time to finish early the least they could do was wipe off the crud. I think that the customer service here the last several times has gone down (except for Kevin). Doing the little things makes a huge difference. Just kind of disappointed. More

Tim, you saved the day Long story short, I dropped my car off early in the morning for an appointment I had scheduled. I called towards the end of the day inquiring about my Long story short, I dropped my car off early in the morning for an appointment I had scheduled. I called towards the end of the day inquiring about my vehicle, for about five minutes they tried convincing me I hadn’t taken it in. Finally I got on the phone with Tim, and he made the situation as best as possible. He was sensitive to my weekend obligations, took liberty of giving me a rental, and really tried to make up for the mistake they had made. All in all, I would have been extremely disappointed, but Tim saved the day. More
