Great service at a great dealer! I needed to have my air conditioning checked out since no cold air was blowing. They took care of everything, in a timely fashion, and I'm happy wit I needed to have my air conditioning checked out since no cold air was blowing. going deep and long my VW somehow leaked and the wires got corroded. Dirito Bros (thank you Danny!) got a new wiring harness from Germany and made it all good. Waited all day, really! Surprised with last service I was able to clearly describe two problems I am having 1) unusual noise coming from front suspension area, and 2) loud "breaking" noise after letting I was able to clearly describe two problems I am having 1) unusual noise coming from front suspension area, and 2) loud "breaking" noise after letting the car sit overnight or a workday after a car wash. For item 1, I was told this noise is normal. Well, I just did some research and it appears there are several things that could cause this noise. A lot of Golf R owners reported the same exact symptom I did and many, if not all, have had their problems fixed. I am happy to provide the research I did, as I want to get any repairs done while the car is under warranty. For item 2, my Customer Agent very clearly documented how I was able to replicated this problem but I was told they did not follow the same process, therefore they were not able to replicate the problem. I feel like this time was wasted, and now I have to bring it in again because both problems are still there. I hope there is someone there who will be able to confirm and fix these problems. I have been going here since 1995 and have been very happy, so this is hard for me to write this. Thank you, Bryan More
