Marina was excellent. I asked her to show me how my L headlight fell out. She brought a flashlight and opened the hood. With the light, she pointed the permanent parts of the vehicle where the assembly f headlight fell out. She brought a flashlight and opened the hood. With the light, she pointed the permanent parts of the vehicle where the assembly fits and demonstrated to me how the headlight is attached. By not following that procedure, she explained that the light would not be secured, which is the most likely reason for the fall out. Her presentation clearly answered my concern. Thank you. More

Very difficult to find Saab service with the proper equipment. Team diagnosed the problem and replace computer part. The cost was expensive but no comps since nobody else could do the work. Good service department; had an oil leak requiring inspection and turned out to be the drain plug. Had oil dropped, fresh oil, filter and new plug installed = no more oil leakage.
