Backseat was fixed and seats were detailed after work was completed to removed any smudges etc. rental car was set up while work was being completed and was very easy process. First (and last) time going on a weekend. I had hoped that 8:40 would be early enough in the day, but the oil change took ages, and the guy who checked me in never spoke with me again. I had to go up to random people to check the status to see if I would need to walk with my kids to get some food. Fortunately the other guys there were really nice and got the status confirmed, and I didn’t have to wait much longer. Will definitely try to stick to weekdays from now on. More
