Came in for annual service. Experienced no problems. We prefer to drive from San Francisco rather than having Royal to work on our GTI. It is much easier to get an appointment at Dirito. Excellent but for one small glitch This is an excellent dealership with courteous, highly professional people. I bought car here and have service agreement, which I am happy with. They have shuttle service and serviced my car for 10K service as well as a safety recall. The only glitch was that no one called to let me know that the car was done, and when I called at 3:45pm to inquire, they informed me the car done so come get it, btw we close in 15 minutes. Since it was a Saturday and I need the car, I immediately went to pick it up. All worked out, but this was a near miss that would have soured the experience. More

I love the services that was made. Marina was kind and professional. Needs to be Improved on acknowledging and welcoming people, not knowing where to go for getting help when entering the building, It w professional. As we were going around my husband and I were looking for another car to buy but no one was around to help us, so we left and came back when the car is done from getting Service, When I was told Marina left they assisted me with another lady(unknown name). I understand if it was busy but I would like it better when It could’ve been explain of what was done to the car, I have to asked for it and I felt rushed to leave. Will not be coming back for anything else. More
