Good service department; had an oil leak requiring inspection and turned out to be the drain plug. Had oil dropped, fresh oil, filter and new plug installed = no more oil leakage. Make sure you always inspection and turned out to be the drain plug. Had oil dropped, fresh oil, filter and new plug installed = no more oil leakage. Make sure you always get one of those plastic plugs for your oil changes; don’t reuse...not reusable! More

Shannon was very helpful!!! The check engine light kept coming on and I had to bring my car in 3 times. I had left my door opener in the car and Sharon retrieved it plus found my sunglasses. She kept me informed by phone calls. I took my lease Passat for service on saturday February 15th 2020 for a simple 10K miles oil change and check up. They have returned the car with a cracked windshield and claiming that it was cracked when I took the car there. I asked for pictures or videos when i am pulling into the dealership and none of the pictures shows a cracked window. So far I went there twice and they are giving me the run around that i need to speak to this person and that person. I am now waiting for a call from Mark who they said is the service manager. If i dont get a resolution I will be going the VW corp route. This is my 2nd passat lease from the same dealership and never had an issue like this before. More
