The check-in process was efficient. I was told it would take 4+ hours for my simple service to be completed (oil change, tire rotation, software update) and am promised the car by 3:30. I am told they close at 4 PM. I see 3 other cars pull in behind me as I am leaving. At 3:20, I get a text saying to come to the dealership, that my car will be ready at 4. I arrive at 3:50. No car. they have no paperwork on it, and can't seem to find it. They will check. I check the service desk again at 4:10 - still no paperwork, no car. They are locking up for the night. I check again at 4:30, they have found the paperwork, but the car is still not ready. About 4:40 I am reunited with my car. I am absolutely the last service customer, even though I know I was not the last cusomter to drop my car. Did they lose it? Most dealerships will wash and vacuum the car as part of the service. Not here. So they have the car well over 5 hours for essentially an oil change. I am going elsewhere next time. More

He took the time to chat and keep me informed about the status of my vehicle while being serviced. Too many Service Advisors just want to push you through the system and send you on your way. Tim has a personal touch that makes a difference between 5 stars and 3. Having a few other cars, mainly BMW products, I've grown accustomed to a certain level of service that I expect. Unknowing VW and Dirito Brothers, I can comfortably state that they are at that level if not a bit above. Having a sense of confidence going to a business AND feeling like I am valued as their customer is important. In addition it is rare today to have a dealership that is still family owned and like the fact that the Dirito family is fully involved. More

Kevin is great I have been dealing with Kevin since I purchased my Golf Alltrack. He most talented at delivering bad news and explaining thoroughly so you understand I have been dealing with Kevin since I purchased my Golf Alltrack. I needed a battery at the worst possible time, (the night after protesting in the city near the dealership) I called around noon and the dealership was on reduced hours due to the activity the night before. I was told if I could make it before closing I could get service. I arrived around 12:30 pm and was told I might not get out until just before closing (4:00 pm). I'm happy to say my car was ready in about 90 minutes! I'll definitely be back for service and possible a second vehicle! More
