Excellent Attentive, Responsive Service Kevin Hubert very clearly and unhurriedly explained the contract ramifications of delaying a service interval too long --yikes! -- and took the time Kevin Hubert very clearly and unhurriedly explained the contract ramifications of delaying a service interval too long --yikes! -- and took the time to answer all my questions. Secondly: I had planned on NOT also doing the recall fix at the same time because I didn't want to wait longer, but he assured me that this particular recall on my car would take only an extra half hour--and so it did. There are other dealers closer (ahem) but the Sales and Service at Dirito has always been worth going into the next county. Kudos! More
