After replacing a sensor last year, and the inlet manifold and the wiring harness this year, it appears to be fixed. Thank you very much for that. However it did take three weeks, which was a bit more than I had anticipated! The check in could have been more efficient. I explained what needed to be done over the phone ( to Mark) and was given a timed appointment to drop the car off on the following Monday afternoon. This was confirmed by email. So far so good. A day or two later I had an email exchange with Mark asking for a small change to the work order. He replied that I should tell the service advisor. When I arrived at the appointed time, the service advisors had all left for the day. The person who checked me in asked me to start over and fill out a form with what needed to be done. Only when I objected that I had already done this over the phone, that I was on time for my appointment, and showed her my name on the tv screen was she willing to log in to the computer and look up my record. I am not sure that she did anything more than log in. The following day, Tim called and then texted me asking what service options I needed, EXACTLY the same options that had been discussed over the phone with Mark. I have some problems with all this. 1 If I show up on time for an appointment, someone should be there to check me in. 2 I shouldn't have to go over my service needs twice (three times if you include the request to fill out the form when dropped the car off). 3 When I asked Mark to make the change to add the wiper blades, he should have entered into the system then and there rather than passing me off to someone else. What is the point of having more than one person involved if they don't communicate with each other? More
