In and out in under 3 hours For a new car buying experience, 3 hours ain't that bad. This is my 5th VW and first time at Dirito. I have to say this is by far the best experience. The fact you can search and browse their actual car inventory online, see all the features, cost and breakdown upfront and then just come in and purchase the vehicle is a game-changer. Erin, the sales rep, was very personable, prompt and attentive. She made everything pretty easy and straightforward. Karen, the lady who did all the paperwork, was thorough and a delight to speak to. I highly recommend this dealership! More

Erin Scordelis turned a horrible personal experience for me into a wonderful one with the lease of a new 2020 GTi. I recently dealt with the unexpected total loss of a 2016 Audi S3, which had been a car me into a wonderful one with the lease of a new 2020 GTi. I recently dealt with the unexpected total loss of a 2016 Audi S3, which had been a car I had waited to get for quite a while. That car was the result of an achievement of mine and I was devastated to learn that my insurance company was going to total it out. I had to scramble to get a new car, and to make a long story short, I got hooked up with Erin and she was responsive to my contacts and my needs. I'm in the business and I know a great communicator and sales woman when I see one. She's wonderful and I'm sure she is a high value to the store she works for. The rest of the team isn't bad either ; ) but Erin is the face of my experience. Way to go! More
