It was left outdoors and was pretty dirty when I picked it up. Before leaving my car for service I always detail it. I dropped it off clean and got it back dirty. Someone drove through dirty water and splashed the sides of the car. Also there were 53 miles on it when I picked it up. Radio was left where the driver was listening to it. Cruise control was on and seat was where they left it too. Reminds me of a time when a dealership commuted in a past car of mine for a week while they waited for parts. More

trade in and purchase of new Tiguan SEL We came in to trade a 2018 Tiguan SE for a 2020 Tiguan SEL. Jim Cord was our sales associate. He was very helpful in negotiating the trade in price, a We came in to trade a 2018 Tiguan SE for a 2020 Tiguan SEL. Jim Cord was our sales associate. He was very helpful in negotiating the trade in price, and finding us the new vehicle. When we got home with the new car, we realized that it did not have third row seating. We assumed, erroneously, that all Tiguans were equipped with third row seats: that was the reason we bought the 2018 Tiguan in the first place. Jim did not know that third row seats were a must for us. He assumed that we did not need one, because we did not explicitly specify that we needed them. The new car we got was not the car we wanted. Both he and us did not sleep that night. The following morning Jim corrected the error, by finding us an SEL with third row seats. The transaction for the first car was nullified and we got the car we wanted. Jim went out of his way to make sure the error was corrected quickly, and that we got the right car. Thank you, Jim! More

I was going to get my tires rotated but they noticed, after having done one side, that I needed new tires, so they discontinued the rotation, but didn’t charge me.
