There was no way that Marina could give me a firm date on when I would have my car back due to all of these things that were out of our control. Marina was able to assist me in obtaining alternate transportation that worked for my family in the mean time. She kept me updated as she received information and when the parts did arrive, my car was ready to go at the time she told me it would be, and the process was very clean, calm and comfortable. I have always had great service at this facility and this was just another example of the top notch customer service the staff strives to provide. More
