Extraordinary sales and service experience from the initial greeting through the paperwork. Was greeted by Jeff Rosen and he got the details started. Jeff set me up with Gus (my guy Jim was busy with a initial greeting through the paperwork. Was greeted by Jeff Rosen and he got the details started. Jeff set me up with Gus (my guy Jim was busy with another client) and Gus got me a car to test drive while the model/color I wanted went to check through and detail. By the time I was back from the test drive, Jeff had the numbers dialed amd I was off to Ed to close up. Ed is king at the finish! This is the fourth car we’ve gotten at Dirito and we won’t go anywhere else! Thanks team!! More
Shuttle service Everything was handled well. The only problem I had was with the LYFT car which was supposed to collect me and bring me back to the dealership. Fo Everything was handled well. Eventually I called an UBER driver and paid for the ride myself - I wish a reimbursement had been offered by Dirito Bros. More
