Marina has been my service advisor for over a decade. She is awesome! I have had nothing short of stellar interaction and completion of service provided for my many Volkswagens over the years. My 2005 Touare is awesome! I have had nothing short of stellar interaction and completion of service provided for my many Volkswagens over the years. My 2005 Touareg V8 which had major service completed including a full front end suspension re-fresh bushing appointment was completed with just a few minor issues. That is why I did not give a complete 5 star rating. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed what looked like coolant that had dripped all down the passenger door. Not good. In addition, when I popped open the hood oil had not been cleaned from the timing covers. It doesn't take long for the Tech to clean the area, and for spending over 5k in service, the customer should receive all mess cleaned properly. Overall this why I did not give my service appointment 5 stars. Marina deserved 5 stars, however the tech deserved 4 stars. Thank you for taking the time to read this message Volkswagen! This was the easiest car buying experience of my life. 'Gus the Bus' and Jeff Rosen were upfront, honest, and most of all, they didn't play games. I let them know the model and trim I was looking for via 'Gus the Bus' and Jeff Rosen were upfront, honest, and most of all, they didn't play games. I let them know the model and trim I was looking for via their website, we emailed back and forth a few times, and had a good deal on the table in under an hour...all upfront and in writing. I did all of the pre-purchase paperwork and cred app from my home and then made an appointment to come into the dealership and sign the final papers. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Gus and welcomed in. I had one final question on my lease return before finalizing my new purchase and they were gracious and quick in addressing it. We were in and out of the dealership in about 60 minutes and would have been out in much less time if there wasn't another customer already in the finance office when we arrived. Can't beat that. They have made a customer for life and I highly recommend you give Gus a call if you are in the market for a new VW! More
