My daughter waited from 7am to 1pm for an oil change at the dealer . Sure our appointment was at 103o but I was told if i bring the car at 7 am and wait It could be done sooner. That didn’t work ! Had to call in 4 times for this appointment. .Never did speak to my advisor. I don't even know what was done to my car.
