Heidi Unger was my service manager and she did an EXCELLANT Job.. was very attentive, understood my repair needs and service needed. I had a noise and David Rutter even drove my vehicle with the technician and called me while on the road test to get more information on the noise I was hearing....(way above and beyond my expectations). Heidi kept me well informed throughput the repair process. They even gave me a MEW Truck to drive while mine was being repaired. Other Chevrolet Dealers in the area should take lessons from Dimmitt Chevrolet on Customer Satisfaction.. They set the bar very high... I am now a Dimmitt Customer for life...They are the BEST in the Bay Area. More

Buyer beware I am less than satisfied with the Dimmitt Chevrolet organization. They sold a truck to my son 5 months ago and in that time we have had to replac I am less than satisfied with the Dimmitt Chevrolet organization. They sold a truck to my son 5 months ago and in that time we have had to replace the battery, the alternator, and now the fuel pump is bad. I expect this organization to stand behind the vehicle they sold. Every person I've spoken to said you declined to get an extended warranty. Well obviously with Dimmitt Chevrolet if you want your car to be in any kind of working condition after you drive it off the lot you have to purchase an extended warranty because their vehicle quality is less than one would expect after 5 months of owning a vehicle. Every person I've spoken to at this organization has told me everything that they cannot do and nothing that they can so to fix the situation. I've been lectured to and insulted by 5 different people including their marketing executive who needs a customer service 101 class on how to listen. So buyer beware if you purchase a vehicle at Dimmitt Chevrolet make sure you you buy an extended warranty because their vehicle quality is evidently only good for that first 90 days. More

But one the things i have a problem with and its not a really big deal is, i bought a car from here and the next day i realized that there was a couple of gouges in the headliner and they said that not to accuse you but did you or your son do this to the headliner??? I said no and they said that the guys who check these vehicals wouldn't miss that! But i missed when looking over the car before buying it. People make mistakes. All i wanted was it fixed. But other than this i will be back to do business with this dealership because the sales crew and everyone else are great!!! More

Without these valuable people at Dimmitt Chevrolet, my wife, Denise and I would never have been able to purchase this car that we now love. Before leaving Miami, Florida for our two day holiday, as I would like to call at, these folks at Dimmitt Chevrolet prepared all the paperwork, took care of the negotiations through emails, a few faxes and some verbal communications, to make sure we had a smooth transaction. Once the store was opened at 11:30am (yes they let us in early) on Sunday, we got right down to business and in less than an hour and a half the car I had always wanted, the 2016, Triple black, Corvette Z06, C7-R was ready for us to drive home. All I can say is WOW, way to go guys!!! Thanks for a deal I won't talk about for fear that it ,may never happen again. From the sale price to beating that A-Nations over priced warranty nonsense, too. A special thanks to Matthew B. as he is the most honest Financial Manager I've known. I got 72 months at 1.99% bank interest rate. Plus, honest help in selecting the extended warranties that I needed for this type of car. Juan and the boys went over the car and made any corrections I saw fit as this car was a show room car which had been looked at by a few thousand people since it was the dealers featured car, 1 of 500. I have bought over 51 cars in my 60 years I think I know a thing or two about the purchasing process. I have never had the good fortune of meeting and working with such straight up guys, till now. Life gave me a lemon and so did Dimmitt Chevrolet. I got my very first car, a 2014 Spark, from Dimmitt Chevrolet in January of 2015! I could not have been more anxious or excited to experience all of t I got my very first car, a 2014 Spark, from Dimmitt Chevrolet in January of 2015! I could not have been more anxious or excited to experience all of the freedom of having my own car! However, it's hard to enjoy such "freedom" when, I've only had my car for 15 months and have had to bring it in 11 times for various reasons (4 of those visits required me to have a rental). I appreciate being given the rentals so I can continue my daily schedule! However, having to fill up a tank that costs $20 - $30 more than my mine has been more of a curse than a blessing. It's also quite an inconvenience to worry about not being busy so I can bring the rental back at a reasonable time and finally pick my car back up. The staff is-usually-always very caring and polite, which is great, but good people skills aren't what's going to fix my car. Nearly every time after I've gotten my Chevy Spark back, something else needs to be fixed or is broken. My tire sensors have been faulty ever since I bought my Spark (my sensors in general seem to have shortage issues) the fuel door has broken, my air conditioner has broken, there's been multiple recalls, rattling noises coming from my dash and gear shift (I had a rental for 15 days due to this), traction control problems, hard start ups, stalling, etc. I'm even currently in a 2016 Malibu rental while my Spark is getting fixed...AGAIN. I appreciate the fact that my car is getting fixed for free however, the fact that I have to continuously go back and get it fixed is redundant and ridiculous!!!! I am absolutely heart broken and horrified by this whole experience, I just wanted a reliable car and all I got was a giant headache! It's a shame because both my parents have Chevys and I wanted one too, but I will never buy another Chevrolet vehicle and will NOT recommend this brand to ANY of my coworkers, friends, family, or anyone for that matter! I am EXTREMELY disappointed and upset with both Dimmitt Chevrolet and Chevrolet itself. I would have called a lawyer and had the lemon law put into affect if it wasn't for the fact that I am leaving for Air Force boot camp in 10 days. I just wish I never bought this stupid piece of junk. More

My First Chevy Sparks Trading in my old Honda for a BRAND NEW CHEVY SPARK was really pain free thanks to Will Koering. I just had to sign a few papers and drive away and flying back to Sarasota under the threat of a huge storm was still a thrill. I am very happy to this very day with the service I received from Will and with my new Spark! Will did an outstanding job helping me go through the process of trading in my old car and purchasing a new one without any hassles.
