Check engine light on my SRX. Car was stalling and not running well. I was not far from the dealership and drove into the service center. On Cloud "9" My experience started off with excitement when I saw the Red SRX in the lot. I passed by almost daily and claimed it to be my vehicle. My goal was to wait until December. I came in expecting to drive away, I was disappointed when I didn't because I went over what I was allowed from the bank. I wanted to do this on my own without my husbands' income. Another vehicle was available (2016-SRX) and it fitted in my budget, however it was Black and I did not want Black with light interior. I confided in Mr. Robert Burns about how I felt. My daughter who owns two Cadillac (2008 and 2016) heard how disappointed I was and did some research on her own, finding one for me. But it was in Lakeland and my Family members use Dimmitt. My Eldest brother retired from General Motors (30 years). Mr. Burns went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied, he checked on me and he went I believe over and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted. The morning Mr. Burns contacted me, I had just passed by Dimmitt and showed my husband. I said, "Honey, that's going to be my vehicle, I don't know how, but it's mines." Thanks you Mr. Burns for working your magic. I'm so please and I appreciate your professionalism throughout this ordeal. You were direct, knowledgeable, but soft spoken and If I know anyone in the market for a vehicle I will send them your way. Thank you again. More
