Lied to by three different Service Advisors I was told to by first Service Advisor to let the dealership dye my seats as they are under warranty and are not wearing well, color is wearing off. T I was told to by first Service Advisor to let the dealership dye my seats as they are under warranty and are not wearing well, color is wearing off. This didn't fix the problem. On my next oil change visit, Service Advisor number two tell me, since dying seats didn't work we will order you new seats, as your getting close to your warranty end. We both agreed, seats were ordered. I called for my install appointment and was told by Service Advisor number three all parts are in and I made appointment. When I picked up my car after two days, my seats were not fixed or replaced. I was told they are not under warranty. Which I was told they are twice, they're defective. So they had my car for two days to put in a radio knob? Stay tuned...... More
