2nd time having GREAT experience Yesterday was the second time purchasing a vehicle from Waikem Kia. The first in 2009 was a brand new vehicle and this time was a pre-owned vehicle. Yesterday was the second time purchasing a vehicle from Waikem Kia. The first in 2009 was a brand new vehicle and this time was a pre-owned vehicle. Our sales consultant Dennis Kryder spent the time to make us feel comfortable as he found the perfect vehicle for what we were looking for and wanting to spend. There was absolutely no hard sales or pressure. Being a pre- owned vehicle did not make a difference in his attitude either. He treated my wife and me as if we were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. Dennis spent a lot of time helping us and making us feel as if we were family. As we were waiting for the finance paper work to go through, he even took my wife out to the vehicle to show her how to link her cell phone into the car. The vehicle was cleaned thoroughly and parked right out front for us to take delivery. I would highly recommend Waikem to any body looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle. We WILL be back. More
