Awesome I've been trying to get financed for a while now and me and my wife have had no luck. Ultimately, through rebates and discounts that Mike and Wayne Ross were able to give us, we purchase a brand new 2017 KIA Forte for about the same price I was welling to pay for a used car. Mike was very helpful. Even though his work day was to end at one o'clock, he stayed over several hours to do the necessary paper work to complete the purchase. More

Jeff Ross greeted me at the My recent purchase of a 2017 KIA Optima EX at Waikem KIA was the most stress free car buying experience I have ever had. Jeff Ross greeted me at the door and guided me through the entire process which included having the exact car that I wanted brought in from a dealership in a nearby city. Jeff was never pushy or overbearing and worked quickly to locate my car and updated me frequently on his progress. I came back a short time later to find the car freshly detailed and Jeff took time to give me a tour of the car, making sure I was familiar with the remote start and other features. I had spoken to Olivia Gehring about True Car pricing before I arrived and the there was no high pressure sales tactics, bait and switch, or hidden fees as I had experienced at other dealerships. The price I was quoted never changed. Olivia kindly laid out additional options for services that were available for new car purchases and wrapped up the sale on a very positive note.
