On our most recent visit, we were told that we didn't qualify for a loaner vehicle, but could be shuttled to a nearby destination of our choice. We were promptly dropped off. After about 2.5 hours, we called to see if our car was ready. It was, and we requested to be picked up. They said there would be a delay. We waited over an hour and a half outside in 88-degree weather. After numerous additional phone calls, someone finally showed up. On our previous visit, we were charged for a tire rotation that was supposed to be free. There was also a 10% fee for "supplies," but we couldn't get any specifics. More
