Tyler was great. He was communicative and very polite and helpful. It was a very smooth process and Tyler was excellent. The one thing my wife is very frustrated with is that we definitely wanted wifi in the car. We were told and shown that the car was a setting in it for wifi and everything and we were told to use the Kia connect app to set it up. When we called Kia connect, they said our car and make and model was not eligible for wifi. Why would we be shown the wifi and told to set it up if it was not offered for our car? Besides heated seats, that was the one thing my wife wanted in the car more than anything else. That is the one thing she is very frustrated with and has considered trading it in already because wifi is not capable. We have reached out to Diehl a couple times about it and we’re just told they would look into it but never once heard back from them. Other than this, we are satisfied with Diehl and we are definitely satisfied with Tyler. More
