We were originally scheduled to meet with Geoff Wilson upon arrival, however, he was assisting other customers, so we were transferred to Jesse. Shortly after meeting with Jesse, we were transferred bac upon arrival, however, he was assisting other customers, so we were transferred to Jesse. Shortly after meeting with Jesse, we were transferred back to Geoff because his original customers had departed. Geoff was pleasant and accommodating. One of our main goals was to compare the Toyota Highlander to the Kia Telluride. Geoff assisted us in reaching this goal. We reached the decision to purchase the Kia Telluride. Our experience up to that point was positive. However, when it came time to discuss the numbers (trade-in value, veteran discount, Zurich Shield, etc,), I felt the "numbers game" was pretty much the standard car dealership procedure from years ago when I worked for Trostle, Preston, and Diehl.
