Hello Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feelings on your recent visit. I have taken the time to dig in and get the details on what occurred during your visit. We had you scheduled to come in for your appointment at 1:00 pm and it shows you were not able to come in until 1:40 pm, which we understand that sometimes things come up that cause delays. We did have a full schedule that day and regardless of being late for your scheduled time we did take the time to check the codes on the vehicle free of charge to diagnose the issue and shared that with you. We were unfortunately unable to accommodate you on our schedule for that day and informed you that we would have to set an appointment for another day. We understand that sometimes mis understandings occur, we did say it would be 5 or 6 days to get you in as our schedule was full but you had passed.
