With my previous car dying on the road on a Thursday night with my kids in the car, I knew I was going to have to get into something new. I spent the following day calling dealerships and loan servicers night with my kids in the car, I knew I was going to have to get into something new. I spent the following day calling dealerships and loan servicers, trying to get something worked out before I headed to a dealership, as I would have to ride my bicycle there to make the deal. Finally, after getting strung out by so many other dealerships, I called this place and Lance answered. He listened to my situation and said he thought he could help me. After a quick talk with Lance and Rocky, I headed down there, paperwork and hopes in tow. They both greeted me and set to work on obtaining financing for me. Lance listened to what I was looking for in a car, what I was looking to pay and just reassured me that everything would work out (no matter how many times I asked). The first car Lance took me out in was the one I ended up buying. He knew what I wanted and he knew what the finance managers were going to be able to make happen. Total time in dealership was about 2.5 hours, and that was largely spent just filling out paperwork. I have financed several cars in my life and by far, this was the smoothest experience I have ever had. From Lance (a very accommodating and likable guy) to the finance manager, everyone was there working with me to help me and my family out. They weren't looking to squeeze every nickle they could out of me, but just get me in a good vehicle, for a good price. What a fabulous experience. More

This was my first experience buying a car from a dealer, and while I did experience the typical feelings of pushiness, it was a great experience overall. We are so happy with our car, and it has become an affordable investment that we are still excited about. I will be sure to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car because Jim and the other staff members really made us feel comfortable when we were weary about financing and price - we really shouldn't have been. Have never really gone to a dealer and bought a car before in my 40+ years of driving! Had a lot of hand-me-downs and cars bought from friends/private parties. The overall experience was good and while we ended up paying a bit more than we hoped - the car we came home with was well worth it! Almost new with very low mileage.
