I went in to this dealership with low hopes on being able to get a vehicle due to poor credit and limited funds for a down payment. I was beyond pleasantly surprised to find that not only were they able to g to get a vehicle due to poor credit and limited funds for a down payment. I was beyond pleasantly surprised to find that not only were they able to get me financing but they were able to get me into a very nice car. Lawrence and jim (finance) were amazing! They answered every question I had and both went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and comfortable. My husband and I came in to look at a 2012 Dodge Durango Crew and Lawrence Ram was the man to show it to us! He was very friendly and professional. The Durango was out of our price range, so Lawrence showed Crew and Lawrence Ram was the man to show it to us! He was very friendly and professional. The Durango was out of our price range, so Lawrence showed us around the dealerships and really worked with us. After looking at all the vehicles, we weren't finding anything that fit our needs and wants the way the Durango did. Lawrence took us back over there and offered to take it back to Dick Says Yes and see what could be worked out between our trade and the Durango. My husband and I really didn't want to get our hopes up because we had a bad experience the evening before at a different dealership regarding our trade in. After everything was said and done, we were able to get a very good price for our trade in (2008 Scion XD) and the Durango was dropped down to a price we could afford. We were delighted. I got a better vehicle then I could have imagined. The people at Dick Says Yes and Dick Hanna were amazing. Thank you all for making our car buying experience as easy as possible. Rob greeted us upon arrival, sat down and reviewed our expectations and met with Rock Sobeck to go over our history and challenges to set the right expectation up front. We reviewed the inventory with Rob and went out to check what was available. Rob was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We found our next vehicle and worked out the financial details with Rock. The entire dealership worked hard for us to make a deal and we went home with our vehicle that night. Overall the experience was excellent and given the opportunity we will be working with Dick Says Yes again. Thank you Rob and Rock. More
