I had a great experience and was able to come in to find the car I wanted already ready when I got there. I was in and out within a few hours and this has been way better than any other car sales experience the car I wanted already ready when I got there. I was looking to replace the Nissan Murano I bought from this same dealership about two years ago and I couldn't be more pleased. The process took a very long time but this is my fault in that I had a gener this same dealership about two years ago and I couldn't be more pleased. The process took a very long time but this is my fault in that I had a general idea which cars I wanted so we had to drive around to find the car. Through the entire process, Lance was jovial and enjoyable to work with. I took my six year old son with me and Lance did a good job keeping him happy, even gave him Oreos and made his day. In short, the entire experience was enjoyable. Car buying is a tedious process and they do their best to remove as much of the tedium as possible. I am very pleased with both the car I purchased and the process to acquire it. I will do the same again in the future when I next need a car. More

Dick Says Yes posted an ad on Craigslist for a Volkswagen Jetta TDI that I was interested in. When I called them, they scheduled an appointment for me the next day to look at the car.
