I submitted a credit app with Dick Hannah wondering if they would A) Take my trade in B) actually get me financing. I have awful credit, I've been through a divorce but my car was on its last legs. I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to do anything for me at all because I didn't really have cash to put down. Jake and Rock hooked it up! First off, it was pleasant. It didn't take all day like my last car buy did (just 2 1/2 hours) They worked really hard to get me financed. They also didn't act like a bunch of snarky salesman when I didn't want the first car offered. They have me a choice. When I walk into a dealership I'm usually told what I get to drive away with. These guys basically let me pick (within my means of course). At first, honestly, I wasn't terribly stoked at the idea of an HHR but after reading some reviews online and seeing all the features it had, I was prettyuch sold. Last time I financed, I wasn't given a choice and I took the car solely on color, looks, and the fact that it was a manual. I'm happy about my purchase this time and I'd gladly buy again from these guys. Trust me, go see Jake and Rock and you won't be disappointed!!! More

I just bought my FOURTH car from Dick Says Yes. I could have gone to any other lot because our credit has increase through our purchasing cars.. so we get an great interest rate. I buy my cars here now because of the excellent friendly service.. plus they actually offer you the same cars the Dick Hannah at the auto mall does but these people have a more personal relationship with their customers I think.. Like a Mom and Pop store instead of the department store.. This is the second time I have dealt with Jake.. it had been a very long time since I had seen him and he remembered my name. He found me a car that was almost exactly what I wanted.. I wanted a 2013 Chevy Malibu (they didnt have any) but they had a loaded 2012 Chevy Cruze LTZ which is basically a baby Malibu.. this car has everything.. auto start, keyless everything, leather, satellite radio, low miles, ect.. financing was pretty painless.. and not to long of a transaction..
