This is my second purchase made through Dick Hanna, and both times it seemed like I had an insurmountable hill to climb. Yes the three day grace period on your vehicle is real if it doesn't work they will find you one that does. I had a great experience and was able to come in to find the car I wanted already ready when I got there. I was in and out within a few hours and this has been way better than any other car sales experience the car I wanted already ready when I got there. However, the temporary permit did not have enough time as I still have not received my plates. My temporary tags are now expired. More

I was looking to replace the Nissan Murano I bought from this same dealership about two years ago and I couldn't be more pleased. The process took a very long time but this is my fault in that I had a gener this same dealership about two years ago and I couldn't be more pleased. The process took a very long time but this is my fault in that I had a general idea which cars I wanted so we had to drive around to find the car. Through the entire process, Lance was jovial and enjoyable to work with. I took my six year old son with me and Lance did a good job keeping him happy, even gave him Oreos and made his day. In short, the entire experience was enjoyable. Car buying is a tedious process and they do their best to remove as much of the tedium as possible. I am very pleased with both the car I purchased and the process to acquire it. I will do the same again in the future when I next need a car. More
