He's more than a sales person, he's a person who knows how to build relationships with customers that will keep them, and probably more, coming back. He has a great personality and understands what exceptional customer service is and how to extend that to the people that come through Dick Hannah's doors. Jim Mahin was also fantastic to work with. He's not like most of the financial people you work with - he has a personality and, he too, has a great sense of what customer service is all about. He explained everything in detail, keeping what is usually a tedious, boring part of the whole buying experience, upbeat!
