From the very second Jake walked up and greeted me on the lot, his warm and laid back personality won my business. I was on my way to a different dealer near Dick Says Yes, drove through the lot to see a car, Jake approached me to see if he could help with anything... he was very genuine and kind and THAT got me in the door. I bought from him and Chris (sales mgr) that evening because they were perfect in their approach and kind attitude! Jake is the only reason I went inside the dealership, Chris (sales mgr) was the reason I bought the car. I've bought over 25 cars in my lifetime and these two guys are the exact definition of how a salesman and sales manager SHOULD be selling a car :) VERY happy with my experience there because of these two employees at Dick Says Yes! My wife and I came to Dick Says Yes to see about getting rejected for a car, we were thinking about an older car that would get good gas mileage. On the way into the lot my wife saw a little bright green ca rejected for a car, we were thinking about an older car that would get good gas mileage. On the way into the lot my wife saw a little bright green car sitting there and told me she didn’t want a red or green car like Christmas colors, but a bright green one like that would be ok. We were met by Doug Kenaga, who was very friendly and inviting, so we sat down and talked about the car we were looking for and how bad our credit was and the wreck we brought in on trade. Doug told us he thought he had the right car for us and I’m still thinking about the rejection coming any time. But Doug drove that little green car my wife liked, not sure how he knew that, and invited us to test drive it. My wife and I liked it and told him so, but we knew the car was too new and low miles and we wouldn’t qualify for it. We were wrong, Rock Sobeck worked for us to get us a loan that had good rates and low monthly payments we could afford. Long story short we got a great car at a great deal and rate and Dick “did” Says Yes. Thank you Doug and Rock!!! More

After running all around Portland, from dealership to dealership, My husband and I weren't getting anywhere!
