Doug contacted me by phone and assured me that he would do his very best to help me with what I needed, Unfortunately Doug was not available when I arrived for my appointment, but his teammate Tom was very willing to take over. Tom was very pleasant and totally understood my problems. To make a long story short, I drove home with a great vehicle! Tom and his finance manager worked with me within my budget and I left very satisfied with the transaction. I will give Tom all the kudos however in helping me feel comfortable and his willingness to answer my questions. Man how car buying has changed. Rather than a hassle with lots of buyer remorse, now it is a print out showing car maintenance history and scatter graph showing all the similar cars, their miles , costs and lots of buyer remorse, now it is a print out showing car maintenance history and scatter graph showing all the similar cars, their miles , costs and where yours stands. Lance was great. , friendly , knowledgable, and willing to work the details. The sale was easy . Now that was the easy part, you can really tell the true nature of businesses when things go wrong! We get the car home and the next day smoke is coming from under the hood. The other issue is my daughter was leaving for school that day and now has to leave it. I have to go back to the dealership and wait to see what is wrong....geeez and if it is fixed drive it to Bellingham! Sooooo Lance calls me on his day off to see what the issue is and asks me what they can to do to repay us for the hassle. The finance guy ,Jim, calls me, the repair guy calls me and the sales manger gives me a three week return extension plus a few other things we asked for.The car just had a loose oil filter so all is good and Dick Hannah and it's employees are great . Lance did a great job of steering me towards a vehicle that suited my needs. I was not sure what I was going to purchase but after speaking with him he provided the perfect car.
