I heard the Dick Hannah commercials on the radio, also seen the adds in the car buying books, so i decided to give them a call. My salesperson was Jodi Easley and from the moment i walked in, she was frie seen the adds in the car buying books, so i decided to give them a call. Went to the dealership as a first time buyer and Eric was very friendly and helped walk me through the whole experience very well. Scheduled my appointment, showed up 2 hours early and Eric xxxx near ran acr very friendly and helped walk me through the whole experience very well. Scheduled my appointment, showed up 2 hours early and Eric xxxx near ran across the parking lot to greet me not knowing I was there to see him anyways. He didn't try to feed me xxxxxxxx and was very straight forward with the process. He was very friendly and didn't leave any awkward moments while waiting for approval and such. The only complaint I had was towards other employees there. One girl not know I was buying mustang walked in the room cracking jokes that someone was actually buying the mustang as if something was wrong with it. Got the car checked out the next day and no problems other then a slight exhaust leak. Very in professional on her part. And the last complaint was with the manager wen signing paper work, I was very rushed and he was very pushy about signing paper work and getting me thru. Was not personnel with me like Eric and made it seem like he was hiding something or trying too pull something over my head. More
