Yve's Review Yve's was extremely helpful as soon as he spotted on the lot. He was friendly, and not pushy. We have bought many vehicles, and have been helped by salesperson's who make up stories, and continuously sound "cheesy", or like a slime ball. It was refreshing to have such a genuine, professional, caring sales person. We have asked him to look for another car for our daughter and will continue to buy from him. On another note, the person training him, was disrespectful in front of us. It made us feel bad for Yve's and uncomfortable. I hope that he does not steer others away from your dealership. Plus, his "stories" were totally made up and unbelievable. He seems like he just wants a sale. More

Very Fast. Very Friendly. I submitted info online Friday morning. Was callled by noon. I talked to Lance, and advised him of the car I wanted I had found on their website. I was called back by 5 advising me all I needed to do was come in, sign the papers and pick it up. I was there at 630, and worked with Lawrence, who was great. After my divorce I needed a reliable car so I went to Dick says yes and they set me up in a ver This is the 3rd car I have bought in the last 4 years. After my divorce I needed a reliable car so I went to Dick says yes and they set me up in a very Nice Nissan Frontier that I enjoyed driving for 3+ years. My new wife and I where so impressed with them that we went back to them last year and bought her a very nice Volkswagen Passat, she was all ready pre- approved through her Credit Union but Dick Says Yes was able to get her an even better loan than she had through her institution. Last year I needed to have back surgery and my truck just wasn't comfortable for me to drive any longer so once again I headed back to Dick Says Yes to look into getting into something a little more comfortable to drive. The salesman that we had worked with in the past was gone so I had contacted James Wheeler to set up an appointment to come in and look at a newer vehicle. He had Lawrence Ram work with me in finding me a new car and I was able to purchase a 2012 Volkswagen CC, not only was I able to get a newer and more comfortable vehicle to drive, but they where able to secure me a better loan than I had previously had.
